Libby Greenchain Wrestling—Libby’s original and oldest youth wrestling club—is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving boys and girls ages 5 through 8th grade. A cornerstone of Libby’s storied wrestling history, the club competes in Western Montana Little Guy Wrestling with an emphasis on fundamentals, sportsmanship, and meaningful competitive opportunities for every athlete.

The program works closely with the Libby High School wrestling team, with the ultimate goal of preparing wrestlers for success at the high school level. Each year, the club serves approximately 100 participants on average and hosts one of the largest tournaments in the region, the Kootenai Klassic, which draws 800+ wrestlers annually.

Beyond the regular season, athletes are supported in pursuing camps, clinics, and select travel events. The organization is operated by an all-volunteer board and coaching staff, with every dollar reinvested into mats, equipment, scholarships, and competition access.
